Easy and delicious.
Creamy frosting:) I tried this and added almond extract, for a chocolate cake and make sure the frosting isn’t too cold or too warm, when applying (it’s butter and cream cheese, so act accordingly) It was super duper, yummy. Keep the cake in the fridge……
Warning: Don’t eat the whole cake by yourself!
Chocolate Cake (Rich and moist)
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup unsweetened good cocoa powder
1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
1 cup lukewarm water/milk (combo)
Directions:
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder. Then put all wet ingredients in bowl, vanilla extract, salad dressing, and water/milk in a large bowl. Now, blend the dry and the wet together, until creamy. :) Pour into the greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick (or a butter knife)inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes (depends on your oven). Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack. After cool, look at the woman above for the frosting, I added extra, almond extract. Lol and delicious!
