Paul Mitchell Shines and Rusks Deep Shine are two of the finest Semi/Demi or permanent hair colors in the world, made at the same factory in Italy. LOL But, the duration is unbeatable and the protection/sheen is incredible. We can replenish lost pigmentation or we can add in the what if’s with this/these amazing hair coloring product, Paul Mitchell Shines XG and Rusks>" deepshine.”
Furthermore, I’m inclined to believe that Rusk’s deepshine hair color is the same as Paul Mitchell Shines. These two fine products are made by the same company making John Paul DeJoria and BQG look like they're chemically brilliant something that they aren’t. They both smell the same. lol Nevertheless, who formulated deep shine and Paul Mitchell Shines? A lab in Italy, same lab!
Cliff’s Opinion
As human beings, we are always tempted in wanting to understand the differences in self-improvement. First, let me iterate my feelings from experience. I’ve been practicing my craft for almost 40 years and I’ve seen a lot in hair do’s and do nots. For example, I’ll have a client come in with beautiful dark brown hair and she/he will want to play around in character, becoming some kind of blonde for instance, considering or regardless of the ultimate reflection (in most cases). It will always remain my opinion that God is the ultimate artist here and I only help with the accentuation, or; “is that possible” within the law of color, including me helping with the consequences? It may be possible but eventually the odds will stack against ones ultimate character, including the ultimate beauty. I don’t enjoy deviating too far from the truth, without the benefits and consequences being made clear. I’m amused by the “what if’s”, but the boundaries of the natural law in hair color are not only physically important, but spiritually, more so! Furthermore, if the state of the hair requires dramatic action, it’s my name attached, fundamentally and skillfully speaking! There are some actions that I refuse to play along with, if my skill is put in harms way, including the wavey!
