Resisting Demons:

James 4:7 states, "Submit yourselves, therefore, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you". This verse highlights the importance of submitting to God's authority and actively resisting the devil's influence.

  The Bible portrays a spiritual battle between believers and the forces of darkness.This battle involves not just physical resistance but also spiritual vigilance and reliance on God's power. 

• Authority in Jesus' Name:

  Mark 16:17 states, "And these signs will follow those who believe: In my name they will cast out demons". This verse emphasizes the authority believers have over demons in Jesus' name. 

• Power of the Word:

  The Bible encourages believers to use the Word of God as a weapon against evil, as it is described as the "sword of the Spirit". 

• Praying and Fasting:

  Some texts suggest that prayer and fasting can be particularly effective in overcoming demonic influences. 

• Seeking God's Protection:

  Psalm 91:1-16 emphasizes God's protection and refuge for those who trust in Him. 

• Rejecting the Devil's Lies:

  The Bible encourages believers to reject the devil's lies and embrace the truth of God's Word. Read your Bible and hear the word of God, through his word and fellowship in others.
